If you would like to enrol your child at our centre, please complete one of our Wait List forms below.

Due to our limited number of spaces, and demand, we recommend that you download and complete your application and visit our centre to submit your application in person, at your earliest convenience. You can meet our team of Educators and start your journey on finding the perfect match for your early childhood learning needs.

 

Please note this is a waiting list application form only and lodgement of this form does not guarantee your child will be offered a place at Burpengary Kindergarten or a place in your preferred group.  A range of information is gathered for legislative and statistical purposes. Please complete all sections of this form to help us process your application.

 

We offer a Pre-kindy group on a Monday morning from 09.00am - 12.00pm called the Kookaburra Group, and we offer two options for Kindergarten, the Magpie Group which runs every Tuesday and Wednesday from 08.00am - 3.30pm or our Lorikeet Group which runs every Thursday and Friday from 08.00am - 3.30pm.

If you would like your child to attend both Pre-Kindy and Kindergarten you will need to complete the correct form for each one. If you have more than one child you will need to complete a form for each child.

Once you have printed and completed your waitlist form please make a time to visit our service in person to deliver them and have a tour of our facilities.
